Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire:
Foundation Medical Partners and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center are proud to announce that we have expanded our Immediate Care program.  Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire now offers care for our patients in four locations - Nashua, Merrimack, Hudson and Pelham!

Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire offers non-emergency medical care seven days a week with evening and holiday hours.  No appointment is necessary and all for the cost of a doctor's office co-pay.  To learn more visit Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire.
